He recalls what the good doctor had told him at the New Feather Party and, frankly, he's very interested in the idea of changed memories. Being too pointed in either doubting or disproving would be bunk for a study though. So... right now he's gather testimonies, make a case study.

In Luceti, it seems common for people to ask blatant questions over a public network like this. so. He'll just write this thing. If people resist for whatever reason, oh well. If they go for it, that'll be interesting.

And as such:]

Would any of the people here be willing to tell me about their childhoods? I confess I am curious about how the personal experiences of beings might be different between different realities.

I lived the extravagant life of a rich boy, raised by a women barely able to walk and her son. ((half a lie. No messy details. Besides, he's bored.))

I lived on Naboo until I was tested, and then sent to Coruscant to train with the Order. But that's just the basics, really. How detailed would you like to be?

Doctor...right. This might be even more informative for you, as I have been shifted. Again. At least it's more interesting this time. [She shrugs and smooths some of her loose hair back.]

We've spoken about rewritten memories before, but this is more than that. If what I've read of my own entries is true, and what I have been told is as well, I do not have the same abilities, talents, or build as my...original? Counterpart. It's also more precise. None of the memories are fuzzy or vague. That being said...

[She shifts, stretching out on her perch, making herself more comfortable.]

I don't remember much of my childhood before being sent to the Order. I remember the courtyard of the manor on Naboo, the fountain, my younger brother Aden. Healing a bruise of his on accident is how I was sent to be tested, then shipped off to Courascant to be trained as a Jedi.

I was found on Chandrila and lived there until I was tested. I was then taken to train with the Order.

Do you have fond memories of Chandrila?

Oh definitely. My fondest are playing with my brothers. [They were definitely good times, good memories to hang onto.]

Tell me about your brothers, and perhaps what games you played?

Nothing special, I was born out in the country in someplace called Armeida and lived there practically all my life with my mother and father.

Most of my childhood was spent hunting and farming. And I guess exploring the forest if you want to count that too.

You must have a great deal of affection for your parents then.

Oh, yeah, I love mom and dad! Family is a great thing to have, there's always someone there for you and you're always there for them in return. [In fact family is so great he'll even add in a smiley face at the end of his writing.]

[Hm] Could you tell me more about your family, perhaps?

It was nothing special, really. I grew up around the end of the Clone Wars, on Taris. I learned a few useful skills and, wanting to get off of that scumball, high tailed it to Nar Shaddaa. I was a teenager when I did that, not much older than a lot of the kids here in the enclosure.

[Oh, voice. ...Well, he can do voice too. Flip] Then you were not fond of where you were born?

[The intelligence officer sighs at this question.] The end of the Clone Wars was the start of a long opressive rule by an Empire that, even thirty years later, we're fighting against. Even as a kid at the time, I knew my best shot was to get to a different planet. Even if it's in Hutt Space. It wasn't a bad childhood...but Taris is on the Outer Rim. Too far from anything interesting in the Galaxy.

In a sense, yes.

I doubt childhoods will tell you all that much though. There's got to be a lot of similarities regardless of how different worlds are. Or at least a few even across extremes.
