Well, if she had the knife- none of her other weapons will be a huge threat to him, but he might as well search her for any other weapons on her person to put them on the other side of the room.
Whenever that is done he crouches down next to her and takes out a strong smelling scented candle he picked up at one of the shops to hold that under her nose to wake her up.
